The Port Haven Books can be read in any order.
There are events and characters that cross over from book to book. It should read like an easter egg that has you kicking your feet when you come across one, but the stories don't depend on each other.
However, we do suggest a reading order.
Shaken Knot Stirred will give you a lot of the world building on how bonds and auras work. That's probably the best place to start.
Knot Safe for Work will give you the vibe of Port Haven, so that is also a good place to dive in.
You want to be unhinged and go for a wild ride? Crack open Perfume.
Perfume and the AlphaBetas are the exception. They are a duet. You will RUIN Side A if you start with Side B. Just think of Perfume as one GIANT book.
The events in the books do happen on a timeline.
Knot Safe for Work happen first about a year or two before the rest of the stories.
Shaken and Perfume happen at the same time, sort of. The end of Shaken lines up with the start of Perfume.
